How to get-in to the Intakes Control Panel
Please log in to your User Account and visit INTAKES menu item.
Find the Intake you want to manage from the list and press the rightmost red color gear icon button to enter the control panel.

This category consist with all general information about the intake.
- 1.1 Calling Applications
- Entrance application opening and closing dates.
- 1.2 Students Registrations
- Registration opening and closing dates.
- 1.3 Inauguration and Programme Completion
- Inauguration date and the target completion date of the programme.
2. Enrollment/Entrance Application Level
This category shows all receiving applications and there summaries.

- List of entrance applications received according to the study centres.

Editable Fields are as follows;
- Registration Fee: Registration Fee Paid
- Course Fees: Total amount of course Fees Paid
- Attendance(%): Up-to-date Attendance Percentage (0 - 100)
- Assignments: Whether the student successfully completed internal assessment requirements
- Course Fees OK: Whether the candidate's payments acceptable to sit for the up comming examination

- This report shows you the current examination eligibility of students.
